This site was created to provide a place for friends of Dave to visit and share with him his experiences as a volunteer for the Peace Corps. We don't want to sell you any thing, we don't want anyone trying to sell us anything. It's purely for fun. The maps were "borrowed" from other web sites because I don't have time to recreate them. If you have a problem with it, let us know. Don't send your lawyers after us. We ain't got no money anyway.

If you'd like to contribute content to the site or have a gripe e-mail us: creativefatcat @ yahoo.com

As the web mistress of this site, it's been amazing the number of people who don't know Dave but have found this site and have asked to be put on the mailing list for updates, written Dave and/or submitted tapes for the contest.

Here are some actual emails I've received about the site. I can only image the emails Dave gets. -cbh

I'd love to know when there's new Dave info. The Dave site will be a high point in my day from now on. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service.

I just found Dave's Peace Corps site. Its great. I was a Peace Corps Volunteer there 93-95. Thanks for putting up his dispatches. I started a DR site back in 96 but didn't get very far

I was a PCDR volunteer a couple of years back and lived in a campo in Montecristi not too terribly far from Dave. Now, as I sit in my cubicle reading his site on my lunch break (only 1 hour, no siesta, no beer).....g*dd*mn, I wish I could sit down at a colmado with this guy. I'd buy good rum and Presidentes bien frias for that motherf*cker.
